Walked in ,told him what happened at Value city and he went and matched the price ,walked out in less than 15 mins ,I got what I wanted and was very happy with the entire experience. No waiting weeks for the furniture, 7 to 10 days ,call and it will be delivered 😀 👍 🙌 👏. Never had such a great experience 👍 …

I absolutely love this place. They have such fun, unique pieces, and I find their pricing very fair. I actually go out of my way to shop here instead of other furniture stores in the area because I really appreciate the relaxed atmosphere… the floor staff always let me browse without pressure. I like to take my time wandering through a store, and I can’t stand the feeling of being stalked by someone trying to make a commission. When I do need help, the employees are always friendly, helpful, and easy to find. I’ve been recommending this spot to all my friends so they can bring their maximalist decor dreams to life too!

Super informative but not pushy at all - great couch options and mattresses and very pretty furniture for sale. We are looking forward to buying a new sofa once we figure out what to do with our old one!

William Wainscott at the Toledo location is one of the most helpful & great salesman I’ve ever worked with. He was so informational and helpful, and he really made us have a wonderful experience. I would definitely buy through him again, and recommend the store in general.
